Business Development Manager
– A self- driven go-getter with strong organizational management skills, having passion for Business development & Marketing.
– Generate new prospects for business by attending assigned appointments and cold calling.
– Market Research and Intelligence gathering. Liaising with the clients and sending quotes and proposals for the enhancement of business.
– Meet clients and give presentation on company’s product and services to clients. Solving client’s problems, queries to retain the assigned accounts.
– Establish good relationship with prospective clients, closures of sales for revenue generation through selling our assessment solutions.
– Engage and build strong relationships with clients and convert them to signed contracts.
– Follow a very high standard B2B sales approach including but not limited to using CRM, pipeline, daily / weekly MIS etc.
– MBA from Premier Business Schools
– 1 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales
– Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
– Very comfortable with selling technology products
– Very strong in relationship management & follows structured approach
– Shows strong ownership and passion for sales
– Self-starter who is driven to hunt, NOT farm
